On April 14th, the postgraduate propaganda group of School of Marxism was invited to carry out the Party history education featured by “socialist revolution and construction” for teachers and students from College of International Collaboration. The lecture was held in Room 401 of Zhixing Building.
Zhao Tao, the keynote speaker, rendered this in sequence of timeline and told the Party’s struggling history which led the people’s socialist revolution and construction from 1949 to 1978. It made the audience fully appreciate how our Chinese nation stood up to get rich, and deeply understood the reason why the Communist Party of China Is Capable, Marxism Is Capable and why Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Is Appropriate in light of facts in history of the party.
In the concluding remarks, Zhang Jian mentioned that carrying out the study and education of party history was a major event in the political life of college students. Party history should be deeply understood and practiced. Each one should be aware of the reality of the College of International Collaboration and insisting integrity and innovation. And then students were required to constantly improve the effectiveness of the study of Party history to be “Reasonable, Trustful, Virtuous and Practical”.
From the epic heroic deeds to the impressive patriotism, the lecture was full of contents and the response was positive. Everyone believed that they had gained the momentum to forge ahead from the learning of Party history.
